Single Door Bottom Mount Commercial Freezer with Glass Door

Keep Frozen Products at the Right Temperature. Make Them Easier to See, Stock and Sell.

For supermarkets, convenience stores and frozen food retailers, a commercial freezer needs to do more than keep products frozen. It must provide reliable temperature control, clear product visibility, practical storage capacity and easy maintenance.

The LINKOOL KXD Series single-door commercial freezer is designed for professional frozen food display. With a -18°C to -22°C operating temperature range, fan cooling, automatic defrost, digital temperature control and bottom-mounted refrigeration, it provides a practical solution for frozen food merchandising in commercial environments.

Why Choose a Bottom Mount Commercial Freezer?

Easier Access to the Refrigeration System

The bottom-mounted refrigeration configuration places key refrigeration components closer to the lower service area.

For commercial operators, this can make routine inspection and maintenance more convenient compared with designs where refrigeration components are positioned higher on the cabinet.

For B2B buyers, the value is simple:

  • Easier service access
  • More convenient maintenance
  • Reduced disruption during servicing
  • Practical configuration for commercial stores

Stable Frozen Food Storage at -18°C to -22°C

Frozen products require controlled low temperatures throughout daily operation.

The KXD Series is specified for an internal temperature range of:

-18°C to -22°C

This configuration is suitable for commercial display of frozen products such as:

  • Frozen meat
  • Seafood
  • Frozen vegetables
  • Frozen ready-to-eat foods
  • Ice cream and frozen desserts
  • Packaged frozen products

Actual product suitability should be confirmed according to the product type, loading conditions and local operating environment.

Fan Cooling for Commercial Frozen Food Display

The KXD Series uses a fan cooling system to circulate cold air inside the cabinet.

Compared with static cooling, forced air circulation is designed to distribute refrigerated air throughout the display area.

This helps support:

  • Consistent cold-air circulation
  • Commercial frozen food display
  • Faster recovery after door opening
  • More practical use of vertical storage space

Actual temperature performance depends on ambient conditions, product loading, door-opening frequency and installation conditions.

Triple-Pane Tempered Glass Doors

The freezer uses triple-pane tempered glass doors with heating film.

For commercial frozen food display, the glass door serves two important functions:

Product Visibility

Customers can see frozen products without opening the cabinet.

Condensation Management

Heating film helps address condensation and visibility issues that can occur on freezer glass under suitable operating conditions.

The result is a clearer display area for supermarkets, convenience stores and frozen food retailers.

Digital Temperature Control

Commercial refrigeration requires simple and accessible temperature management.

The KXD Series uses a digital temperature controller, allowing operators to monitor and manage cabinet temperature more conveniently.

This is particularly useful for stores where freezer operation needs to be checked regularly throughout the day.

Automatic Defrost for Easier Daily Operation

Manual defrosting can increase maintenance workload.

The KXD Series uses an automatic defrost system to reduce the need for manual defrost intervention.

Combined with the self-evaporating water tray, the system is designed to simplify routine operation.

LED Lighting for Better Product Presentation

Frozen food display is also a merchandising challenge.

The KXD Series uses LED cabinet lighting to illuminate products inside the freezer.

A brighter and more organized display can help customers identify products more easily and make better use of the available display area.

The number of LED lights varies by cabinet configuration.

Frozen Food Retailers

Provide dedicated refrigerated display capacity for packaged frozen products.

Discount Stores

Combine frozen food storage with front-facing product merchandising.

Food Retail Chains

Multiple cabinet sizes make it easier to build consistent freezer configurations across different store formats.

What Should B2B Buyers Check Before Ordering?

Choosing a commercial freezer is not only about cabinet appearance or volume.

Before placing an order, confirm the following:

1. Temperature Requirement

Does the cabinet meet the required frozen food storage range for your products?

2. Voltage and Frequency

Confirm the electrical specification required for your destination market.

3. Refrigerant

Confirm the refrigerant configuration for the exact model and target market.

4. Cabinet Dimensions

Check the cabinet dimensions, store access, aisle width and installation position.

5. Door Configuration

Choose between single-, double-, triple- and four-door configurations according to display capacity.

6. Climate Conditions

Confirm the applicable ambient operating conditions for your market.

7. Certifications

Request the applicable certification documents for your destination country before ordering.

8. Packaging and Container Loading

Ask for packing dimensions, gross weight and container-loading information when planning import logistics.

Quality Control: What Should a Manufacturer Provide?

For B2B buyers, product specifications are only one part of supplier evaluation.

A reliable commercial refrigeration manufacturer should be able to provide evidence such as:

  • Product technical specifications
  • Electrical specifications
  • Refrigeration system information
  • Temperature test records where applicable
  • Product inspection records
  • Product drawings or dimensions
  • Certification documents
  • Packaging information
  • Spare parts information
  • Warranty terms
  • Factory and production information

Where available, real factory photographs and testing records can provide additional evidence of manufacturing capability.

Commercial Freezer Manufacturer for OEM & ODM Projects

For distributors, supermarket groups and refrigeration importers, standard products may not always be enough.

LINKOOL can discuss commercial refrigeration requirements such as:

  • Cabinet appearance
  • Product dimensions
  • Branding
  • Color options
  • Door configuration
  • Shelf configuration
  • Electrical specifications
  • Refrigeration configuration
  • Packaging requirements

OEM/ODM requirements should be confirmed according to project volume, destination market and technical specifications.
